6 Week Beginner Course

At L2Y we believe your journey starts when you need it to, therefore we offer beginner courses throughout the year, classes which you can attend for as long as you need. Our knowledgeable instructors will help you build the foundation to your practice. Have you been thinking about trying yoga or want come back to yoga after a long break? If so our 6 week introductory course is perfect for you. This beginners yoga class will take you through some key poses and breathing techniques to help you relax the mind and body.

Yoga for EveryBody

No matter you age, size, flexibility or ability. This class is tailored to ensure that every one can enjoy and benefit from yoga. Using props such as yoga block, bolster and blanket and belts. to support young your bodying this gentle, relaxing practice.

AERIAL YOGA FOR BEGINNERS

Want to try aerial yoga but unsure where to start?  If you’re  completely new to aerial then, this five week beginners course is the one for you.  

Let the love2yoga aerial team  show you the basics and allow yourself to build confidence to use the hammocks safely. Before you know it you will be flying high and upside

The first class is all about building trust, so will will show you how to enter and exit the hammock.  We will then go through a gentle aerial sequence to open up and stretch your body  followed by a beautiful  calming relaxation.

Each week we will build on the basics learning new poses and building strength and flexibility letting go of fear.  

 This course is a great way to find confidence, trust and sense of accomplishment within yourself.
