Our aerial yoga training course, are influenced by our background in traditional yoga, mindfulness training and body working. We aim to make aerial yoga accessible, safe and inclusive. So that all ages and body types can benefit from the health-giving potential of this new style of yoga.

·       If you are looking to teach aerial yoga or just immerse yourself in the hammock to extend your practice further, then this training is suitable for you. You do not have to be a qualified Yoga Teacher to take part in this training.



This four-day Aerial Yoga teacher training course takes the form of four days in the studio. Learn the fundamentals of teaching aerial yoga including basic principles and safety as well as sequencing and restorative uses. The training gives teachers the skills to be able to teach Aerial yoga and gives you the skills and confidence to plan and theme classes.

The course is accredited at 28 hours and covers the following material:  


  • Fundamentals of teaching Aerial Yoga
  • Aerial terminology, principles and safety 
  • The benefits of Aerial Yoga 
  • Using the swing for varying purposes, ie back-care, strength, flexibility 
  • Aerial class planning and sequencing 
  • Adjustments and cueing 
  • Using the swing as a versatile and supportive prop.
